Once again, Franco Aliprandi has led his group of ENGEA riders (National Authority for Environmental Equestrian Guides) to Fieracavalli on its opening day. Franco Aliprandi set off on Sunday 3 November from Cavarzere (province of Venice) with his travelling companions, Maurizio Aguiari, Simone Seghi and Gianluca Badiale. The group arrived in Verona in the morning on Thursday 7 November.
A trek of about 150 kilometres covered in 5 stages following the course of the River Adige. Their reliable travelling companions were four American breed horses (three Paint and one Quarter), well-suited and properly-trained for long journeys. Aliprandi’s journey once again highlighted the essence of the most authentic equestrian tourism, as a way to discover uncontaminated territories in the saddle far away from crowded mass tourist destinations.
