Voting opens for the new Fieracavalli Sapori di Razza competition!
Taste the regional specialities of the four Sapori di Razza Streetfood finalists at the fair in the refreshment area. Pearà on the Road for Veneto, Terre di Maremma for Latium, Porcobrado for Tuscany and Pasticceria Primavera for Sicily are waiting for you with their proposals to convince you to elect them as the best restaurant on wheels of the equestrian event. Polenta, Maremma meat, arancini or hamburger: choose your favourite and vote online in the dedicated section of the site.
Voting is also open for Sapori di Razza Città di Verona, to elect the best typical restaurant in the city of Verona. The Osteria Caffè Monte Baldo, the Osteria Verona Antica and the Osteria del Cavaliere await you in the centre of Verona to offer the dish created in honour of Fieracavalli.
To award the winners, also live on instagram, chef Alessandro Borghese directly at Fieracavalli on Sunday 6 November at 12.15 p.m. in Area A.
