The 2024/25 season of the FEI Jumping World Cup™ Western Europe, a round that brings together the nations considered the ‘great powers of the Old Continent’ in equestrian sports, debuts next week in Norway, in Oslo, and will close after 14 stages in Gothenburg, Sweden at the end of February.
This is the path that awaits the amazons and riders to earn one of the 18 places available from Western Europe for the finals of this edition, which will take place in Basel, April 1-6, 2025, also the site of a qualifying leg in January, among other events.
After Oslo (Norway, Oct. 16/20), Helsinki (Finland, Oct. 24/27) and Lyon (Oct. 29/Nov. 3), the ‘indoor jumping circus’ will stop in Verona (Nov. 7/10), before continuing on to Stuttgart (Germany, Nov. 13/17), Madrid (Spain, Nov. 28/Dec. 1), La Coruña (Spain, Dec. 6-8), London-Excel (Great Britain, Dec. 17-22) and Mechelen (Belgium, Dec. 26-30).
With the New Year, however, the final five stops are Basel (Switzerland, Jan. 9-12), Leipzig (Germany, Jan. 15-19), Amsterdam (Netherlands, Jan. 23-26), Bordeaux (France, Feb. 6-9) and Gothenburg (Sweden, Feb. 19-23).
