The impressive programme of events, exhibitions, conferences and social projects focuses entirely on sustainability for the 2022 edition of the event, where passion for horses meets business, sport, lifestyle, entertainment, local areas and digital innovation.
Sport with the Fieracavalli hallmark strengthens the bond with FISE, expanded the sporting schedule in Hall 5 between 2022 and 2023, while the finals of the two national show jumping circuits will also be held again: the 124×124 Fieracavalli Grand Prix and the Italian Champions Tour, both hosted in Hall 8. And Hall 8 again will host the most eagerly awaited event in the world of Show Jumping – the twenty-first edition of the Longines FEI Show Jumping World Cup ™.
Hall 8 is also home to the 2022 edition of the ever-popular Gold Gala: the equestrian show best-loved by the audiences. The event will showcase many innovations, including costumes, dance moves and acrobatics to the rhythm of music to amaze spectators during Fieracavalli Nights.
The Family Area in Hall 1 expands the play & educational area with all kinds of “educational” animation and the traditional “Saddle Christening”, encourage youngsters in their first approach to the noble animal, while also explaining the main morphological-aptitudinal features of horses.
And, of course, breeds will receive special attention: Halls 2, 9 and 10 host events dedicated to Arabian, Frisian, Criollo, Iberian and Italian breeds, as well as two Halls (11 and 12) focusing exclusively on American breeds and the Reining and Barrel competitions. When the sun goes down, the Westernshow transforms itself into a huge saloon: an opportunity for fun and entertainment for all lovers of the Old West.
Hall 4 will welcome many initiatives developed for the Show to help give voice and visibility to numerous projects active throughout the year where horses are the starting point. From work in stables as a route towards social reintegration for current and former prisoners, to projects involving horse therapy for children with autism spectrum in collaboration with ASD Horse Valley, as well as the area dedicated to sustainable tourism and wide-ranging efforts to raise awareness and ensure respect for horses through the code of ethics shared with all exhibitors attending Fieracavalli and the huge Horse Friendly Arena with daily demonstrations.
And people with a sweet tooth will enjoy the trip from North to South through informed catering and gastronomy, highlighting the infinite variety of agro-food products of in cuisine by associating Italian horse breeds on show with their place of origin and the gastronomic excellence that can be enjoyed during the Show.
Boasting 124 years of history, the traditional annual event for lovers of the equestrian world welcomes you to Verona 3-6 November.
