“Fieracavalli is not just a stage for the industry and the sports world, but an experience that enhances the role of the horse as an expression of culture, tourism, and inclusion,” declared the Minister for Sport Andrea Abodi during his visit to the 126th Fieracavalli in Verona today. “The success of the event is the result of a deep synergy with the institutions and a constant commitment from Veronafiere, which over the years has managed to renew and innovate, creating an event that continues to be a reference point for equestrian excellence and for promoting the sports and social values of our country.” The minister then awarded the champions who participated in the ‘126 Gran Premio Fieracavalli,’ the special event dedicated to the rising stars of Italian show jumping.
Also present at the fair in Verona were the Undersecretary for Agriculture with a focus on Equestrian Sports, Patrizio La Pietra, and the Undersecretary for Defense, Isabella Rauti.
