With the ‘wild-cards’ being made official, the group of Italian riders for the Verona leg of the Longines FEI Jumping World Cup™ 2024/2025 has increased in number.
In fact, a total of 19 Italian amazons and riders have become the ones who will participate in the CSI5*-W in Jumping Verona.
The nine already summoned by the Italian Equestrian Sports Federation have been joined by Andrea Calabro and Guido Grimaldi (with access to the Grand Prix through qualification) and Filippo Marco Bologni, Camilla Bosio, Linda Bratomi, Luca Coata, Simone Coata, Gianni Govoni, Eugenio Grimaldi and Clara Pezzoli (without access to the Grand Prix).
The nine in the official representative team, on the other hand, are Emanuele Gaudiano, Piergiorgio Bucci, Giacomo Casadei, Lorenzo De Luca, Giulia Martinengo Marquet, Alberto Zorzi (with direct Grand Prix access), Paolo Paini and Arnaldo Bologni (with access to the Grand Prix through qualification) and Filippo Bassan (without access to the Grand Prix).
Of these nineteen athletes, four are rookies at Jumping Verona: Filippo Bassan, Luca Coata, Linda Bratomi and Clara Pezzoli.
